摘要 为松柳芽苗菜的栽培提供参考,进行了不同光照及温度处理对松柳芽苗菜生长及营养品质指标的影响试验。结果表明:26℃是松柳芽苗菜的最适培养温度,其植株生长整齐,观赏性强,营养物含量较高,可溶性糖含量达17.21 mg/g,VC含量为0.532 mg/g。10-12 h 是较理想的光照时长,植株生长整齐,观赏性强,营养物含量较高,可溶性糖含量达16.37-17.25 m/g,VC含量为0.511-0.530 mg/g。温度在22-26℃、每天光照时长达到8 h 的环境都可以种植松柳芽苗菜,可以达到观赏与食用的目的。 In order to provide a reference for cultivation of pine willow sprout,a test was conducted to study the effects of different illumination and temperature on the growth and nutritional quality of pine willow sprout.Results:The optimum culture temperature was 26℃,which was of regular growth,higher ornamental value and nutrient contents,the contents of soluble sugar and VC reached 17.21 mg/g and 0.530 mg/g respectively.10 - 12 h was the ideal light length,under which the plants were of regular growth,higher ornamental value and nutrient contents,the contents of soluble sugar and VC reached 16.37-17.25 mg/g and 0.511 - 0.530 mg/g respectively.The purpose of viewing and eating could be achieved by planting pine willow sprout under conditions of temperature 22-26℃,light length 8 h.
