Sijunzi Decoction is a representative prescription for benefiting spleen and supplementing Qi. The pharmacological actions, clinical applications, qualitative and quantitative analysis of So＇unzi Decoction were reviewed in this article, providing ref- erences for its reasonable utilization and further research.
