低频振动对脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者FPG及脂代谢异常临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察低频振动对于治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者FPG及脂代谢异常的临床疗效。方法:将40例符合脾虚湿阻型肥胖诊断标准并伴FPG及脂代谢异常的患者随机分为两组,均采口服西药治疗,振动组加用低频振动仪振动治疗,对两组有效率进行比较。结果:振动组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为75%,两组治疗前后各项指标均存在显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),且振动组各项指标改善更为显著(P<0.01)。结论:低频振动对脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者FPG及脂代谢异常的治疗具有良好的临床疗效,且明显优于单纯西药组。 Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy of low frequency vibration for the treatment of FPG and lipid metabolism disorders in patients with damp resistance and spleen deficiency obesity, Methods:40 cases of damp resistance and spleen defi- ciency obesity patients with FPG and lipid metabolism disorders were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received oral treatment of western medicine and the vibration group was treated by low frequency vibration meter and also received western medicine just as the control group. The effective rate of two groups was compared. Results : The effective rate of vibration group was 90% and the effective rate of control group was 75%. Each index of the two groups before and after treatment existed significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) and the vibration group gained a more significant improvement in each clinical index than that in the control group(P 〈0. O1 ). Conclusion:Low frequency vibration has a good clinical effect for the treatment of FPG and lipid metabolism disorders in patients with damp resistance and spleen deficiency obesity, and significantly better than pure western medicine group.
