补阳还五汤对急性缺血性脑卒中C反应蛋白及血液流变学影响

Impact of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on C-Reactive Protein Level and Hemorheology of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨补阳还五汤治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的作用机制。方法:68例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为两组,各34例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予补阳还五汤口服,均治疗21 d。结果:两组总有效率分别为85.29%和67.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与治疗前相比,两组NIHSS评分及CRP、血液流变学水平均有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗后两组间NIHSS评分、CRP、血液流变学也均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤对急性缺血性脑卒中的作用机制与降低CRP浓度、改善血液流变学,促进脑缺血损伤后组织修复相关。

Objective ： To explore the mechanism of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in treatment for acute ischemic stroke. Methods ： Sixty- eight cases of acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group. The control group re- ceived conventional therapy and the test group received Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The treatment lasted for 21 days. Results ：The overall effective rate was 85.29% and 67.65% for two groups respectively and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. NIHSS score, C -reactive protein （CRP） and hemorheology before and after treatment showed significant differences for both groups （P 〈 0.01 ） and differences between the two groups after treatment were also significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction for ischemic stroke is related to lowering CRP level,im- proving hemorheology and accelerating tissue repair.
