中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型60例

Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of 60 Cases of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Phase with Lung-Spleen Deficiency Type

目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型患者采用参芪扶正注射液联合西药治疗的临床效果。方法:选取该院在2012年12月—2013年12月期间所收治的60例患者,按照患者挂号先后顺序分为对照组和治疗组。对照组:采用沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗,1吸/次,吸入后采用淡盐水漱口;治疗组:在对照组治疗基础上加用参芪扶正注射液治疗,1次/d,静脉滴注。观察两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后FEV1、FEV1/FVC、痰液HDAC活性、TNF-α、IL-8。结果:治疗前,两组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC、痰液HDAC活性、TNF-α、IL-8比较(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC、痰液HDAC活性、TNF-α、IL-8分别为(1.76±0.089)L、(71.21±5.98)%、(1.86±0.09)μm/μg、(127.82±26.12)μg/mL、(221.71±27.86)μg/mL;治疗组则分别为(1.85±0.091)L、(74.21±6.39)%、(2.09±0.15)μm/μg、(121.73±18.72)μg/mL、(209.91.71±22.79)μg/mL;两组均出现明显改善,且与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);但治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,治疗组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比单纯西药来说,采用参芪扶正注射液联合西药治疗效果明显要好。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary in stable phase of lung -spleen deficiency type. Methods：In December 2012 to December 2013, 60 cases, according to the order were grouped into control group and treatment group. Control group： the salmeterol assigned inhala- tion therapy, 1/time, absorption after inhalation with weak brine gargle. Treatment group： on the basis of control group therapy plus Shenqi Fuzheng Injection treatment, once a day,intravenous drip. We observed two groups clinical curative effect and FEV1, FEV1/FVC,sputum HDAC activity,TNF-αand IL - 8 before and after treatment. Results：Before treatment, two groups FEV1, FEV1/FVC, sputum HDAC activity,TNF -αand IL - 8 comparison had no significance （ P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the control group＇s FEV1, FEV1/FVC, sputum HDAC activity,TNF -α and IL - 8 were （ 1.76 ±0. 089） L, （71.21±. 98） %, （ 1.86 - 0. 09 ） um/ug, （ 127.82 ± 26.12 ） pg/mL, （ 221.71 - 27.86 ） pg/mL. Those of treatment group were respectively （ 1.85 ± 0.091 ） L, （74.21 ± 6.39 ） % , （2.09 ±0.15 ） urn/ug, （ 121.73 ± 18.72 ） pg/mL, （ 209.91.71 ± 22.79 ） pg/mL. Two groups were obvi- ously improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. But the treatment group improved better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In addi- tion, the treatment efficient of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Compared with the pure western medicine,with ginseng and Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined western medicine therapy＇s effect is better.
