金蒲胶囊质量标准研究

Quality Standard for Jinpu Capsules

目的:建立金蒲胶囊的质量标准。方法:对红花、黄芪、人工牛黄、蒲公英、穿山甲进行定性鉴别。结果:金蒲胶囊色谱在与红花、穿山甲对照药材色谱以及黄芪甲苷、胆酸、猪去氧胆酸、咖啡酸对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点或荧光斑点。结论:文章所述的红花、黄芪、人工牛黄、蒲公英、穿山甲的薄层鉴别方法可列入金蒲胶囊质量标准。

Objective ： To establish the quality standard of Jinpu Capsules. Methods ： Flos Carthami, Radix Astragali, Calculus Bovis Artifac- tus, Herba Taraxaci and Squama Manis were identified by Thin Layer Chromatogram. Results ： The chromatogram of Jinpu Capsules showed the same spot or fluorescent spot corresponding to the location of the chromatogram of Flos Carthami, Squama Manis and Astragaloside IV, Cholic acid, Hyodeoxycholic acid, Caffeic acid medical material. Conclusion： The methods can be taken as the quality standard of Jinpu Capsules.
