摘要
以玉米秸秆中木质纤维素的基本结构与组成和降解木质纤维素的微生物与酶类为依据,以解决秸秆还田过程定向快速腐熟关键技术为主,通过对微生物腐熟剂在秸秆腐解过程中定殖能力和腐解率的研究,确立了微生物腐熟剂在玉米秸秆还田中的作用,观察测试了人工加入的微生物菌群对土壤微生物种群数量及土壤酶活性的影响,对其研究测试结果进行了分析。
According to the basis structure and components of lignocellulose in the corn straw and microorganisms and enzymes of the degraded lignocellulose, in order to mainly solve the key technology of the oriented fast decomposition during the process of returning the straw, we have established the role of microorganisms in returning the corn straw to field and observed the effect of microbial flora added artificially on soil microbial population and soil enzyme activity, the research results have been analyzed through the study of colonization and decomposition rate for the microbial decomposing inoculants on the straw in the degradation.
