摘要
针对铸造公司原有冶炼生产线产能不足、无真空精炼设备严重影响产品质量的问题,对生产线进行了改造和优化,增加了真空精炼设备,优化了冶炼工艺,提高了产品质量和生产效率。
Aiming at insufficient capacity of the former production line of the foundry company and severe affect on the quality due to lack of vacuum refining equipment , the production line has been reconstructed and optimized ,and the vacuum refining equipment has been equipped additionally , and the smelting process has been optimized , which impreve the product quality and production efficiency .
