摘要 为了定量地揭示航道内航行的各种类型船舶所采取的安全航速的分布规律,以船舶AIS信息为数据来源,在SQL数据库中计算得到船舶通过航道门线时的速度.在此基础上,运用直方图法、折线图法分析船舶的速度分布规律,定量地揭示出航道内不同类型船舶采取速度的分布范围,并以青屿水道内航行的货船为例,计算得出航道内不同长度的货船速度分布的均值、方差与船舶长度呈正相关的关系.可为进出航道的船舶采取安全航速,为港航管理部门制定相关制度提供决策依据. In order to reflect the distribution regularity of ship speeds for different ship types and lengths within the fairway quantitatively, ship - borne AIS data is the resource of this research. The precise ship speed through the threshold of fairway is calculated in the SQL database. On this basis, the regularity of distribution of ship speeds is analyzed for different types and lengths by the means of histogram and line graph, revealing the actual speed distribution range in a quantitative way. Furthermore, taking an example of cargo ships navigating within the of ship speeds has positive erences for taking the safe ing of speed limits system Qingyu Channel, the results reveal that the mean and variance value of distribution correlation with the length of cargo ships. The results obtained can be used as refspeed by different types and lengths of ships and providing a basis for decision mak- for ships of different characteristics.
