Application Status of Human Factors Engineering in Clinical Medicine

本文综述了人因工程的概念及其发展历程,分析了人因工程在临床医学中的应用,指出在医疗服务管理中运用人因工程原理,要考虑人-机-环境系统发挥的整体效能,使工作系统获得较满意效果,提高工作效率和医疗安全,减轻医务人员的压力和疲劳度,以便更好地为患者提供便捷、高效、优质的医疗护理服务。

This paper introduces the concept and development history of human factors engineering （HFE）, analyzes the application of HFE in clinical medicine, and points out that while HFE theory is employed in medical service management, the overall efifciency of human-machine-environment system should be considered to obtain satisfactory results and improve work efifciency and medical safety as well as reduce the pressure and fatigue of medical staff, thus to provide more convenient, efficient and high quality health care services for patients.
