民族地区法律意识影响因素评价分析——以青海省循化县为例

Evaluation and Analysis of the Impact Factors of Legal Consciousness in Ethnic Minority Areas——Take Xunhua County in Qinghai Province as an Example

法律意识的培育是推进法治建设的基础性工程,在民族地区由于主体自身条件的限制和社会环境因素的影响,普法工作收效甚微。本文运用AHP法对青海省循化县法律意识影响因素进行实证分析,以期为民族地区法治工程顺利开展找寻规律,为增强民族地区法律意识提供参考依据。

The cultivation of legal awareness is the basic engineering which promotes the construction of the rule of law in the ethnic areas. Due to the limitation of subjects＇ own conditions and social environmental factors and legal work has little success. In this paper, AHP method is applied on empirical analysis of the impact factors of legal awareness in Xunhua County, to break barriers of the project of the rule of law in ethnic regions smoothly and offer suggestions enhancing effectively legal in ethnic regions
