Explore the Priority Development Strategies of Xinjiang Ethnic Education from the Perspective of "Education Priority Area" ——Based on Comparative Study of the UK,France,the USA and Taiwan

基于教育公平思想和相关理论,英、美、法和中国台湾地区相继施行教育优先区发展政策,在历史的变迁中不断探索教育优先发展的道路和规律,从横向和纵向比较中不断调整策略和改革制度。新疆民族教育也在发展中不断汲取国际先进思想和实践经验,从实际运用中总结建立教育优先区的经验,提出适合新疆民族教育发展的相应措施,力图从制度建构过程中寻求新疆教育优先发展的有效保障。

Based on the thoughts and relative theory of education equality,the UK,France, the USA and Taiwan region have carried out the development policy of education priority area. With the history changing, the path and laws of education priority development are explored constantly and adjusted to its strategies and reform system through the horizontal and vertical comparison. By absorbing the international advanced ideas and practical experience, Xinjiang ethnic education has develope it own experience of education priority area and put forward its corresponding measures suitable to its development in order to seek its effective security.
