摘要
牧区学校实施"合校并点"的举措,是牧区教育发展中的一大变革,但在实施过程中出现了各种制约牧区教育发展的矛盾和问题。通过对班玛县牧区的个案调查,在对其"合校并点"政策实施的现状进行反映和解读的同时,对牧区"合校并点"政策加以反思,并提出了相应的政策性建议。
The policy of "co-education" is a great reform in the education development of pastoral area. However,there exist many contradictions and problems in the course of carrying out it. This paper interprets and analyzes the "co-education" policy and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestion by doing research in Banma County.
