摘要 以2013年我国钢铁行业重点统计企业各个工序平均能源消耗为基础,分析讨论了烧结、焦化、高炉炼铁、铁水预处理、转炉炼钢、精炼、连铸、热轧工序的有效能耗和损失能耗,估算了我国钢铁行业的能源利用效率。提出了优化粗钢生产工艺流程和取消热轧加热炉是提高能源利用效率的重要途径。 Base on the average energy consumption for key enterprises of Chinese iron an steel industry in 2013, the effective energy and invalid energy in sintering, coking, iron making, pretreatment, steel making, refining, continuous casting, hot rolling were studied in this paper. The energy efficiency in Chinese iron and steel industry was calculated. The important methods to improve energy efficiency are to optimize production process and abolish heating furnace.
