摘要
通过不同氮含量、原始状态和热处理制度的18CrNiMo7-6钢950℃保温50h晶粒度试验研究表明:锻材经1 160℃正火处理,950℃保温时AlN充分析出,抑制晶粒长大作用明显,保温50h晶粒没有异常长大,完全可以满足渗碳齿轮用钢对晶粒度的要求。
In this paper, the grain size test of 18CrNiMoT-6 steel with different N contents, original states and heat treatment processes after holding at 950 ℃ for 50 hours was carried out, the results show that AlN precipitated sufficiently during holding at 950 ℃ after normalizing at 1160 ℃ of the forged products, which obviously prevented grain growth; the grain did not grow abnormally after holding for 50 hours, which fully meet the grain size requirement of steel tor carburized gear.
