In the environment of president responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors in private universities,the effects of the Party＇s political core role has a close relationship with its work mechanisms and its scientific connotations of the Party＇s structure.In the paper,a preliminarily considerations of the Party＇s structure,characteristics and scientific connotations of the work mechanisms are analysed,which laid a basis for further constructing and improving the work mechanism of the Party.
