多指标正交试验优选连芩软膏的提取工艺 被引量:4

摘要 目的优选连芩软膏乙醇渗漉提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷的提取率和浸膏得率为评价指标,考察溶剂种类、溶剂用量、药材粉碎粒度及渗漉速率对连芩软膏提取工艺效果的影响。结果渗漉最佳工艺条件为,将黄连、黄芩、黄柏等药材粉碎过二号筛,以70%乙醇润湿、混匀,密闭放置30 min后装入渗漉装置,加少量70%乙醇浸渍24 h,以12倍量70%乙醇进行渗漉,渗漉速率为9 mL/(min·kg),收集渗漉液。结论该优选工艺稳定、合理,可为连芩软膏的生产提供实验室依据。 Objective To optimize the ethanol percolation extraction technology of Lianqin Ointment. Methods With the extraction rate and the extract yield of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride as the evaluation indexes, the influence the solvent type, dosage of solvent, crushing granularity and percolation speed on the extraction technological effect were investigated. Results The optimum percolation technological conditions were as follows : Rhizoma coptidis, Scutellaria baicalensis georgi, Cortex phellodendri, etc. were shattered by No. 2 sieve,wetted and blent with 70% ethanol and placed in airtight for 30 min, then loaded into the percolation equipment, adding a small amount of 70% ethanol to immerse for 24 h,the percolation was performed with 12 times the amount of 70% ethanol and the percola- tion speed of 9 mL/(min · kg). Conclusion The optimized process is stable and reasonable,and provides an experimental basis for the production of Lianqin Ointment.
