摘要
为改变"市强县弱"、城乡二元结构突出的现状,徐州提出"县区强则徐州强",把县域经济作为"两个率先"的战略重点,推出了县域经济发展的系列新举措,使县域经济发生深刻变化,进入超常规发展、直线性上升的新时期。
In order to change the present situations of “strong urban contrast weak county” and prominent dual-struc-ture of urban and rural , Xuzhou puts forward the thought of “strong counties make Xuzhou stronger”, taking the county e-conomy as the focus of “Two Priorities”.A series of new measures have been launched which lead to ultra conventional de -velopment and linear increase of the county economy .
