随着教育改革的不断深化,完全学分制的推行为学生提供了更加广阔的自我发展空间。完全学分制下,学生工作在思想观念、管理载体、学习方向等方面都面临着新挑战。现有的学生管理模式与方法在一定程度上很难适应完全学分制要求,很难完全满足大学生成长的需要。因此,在完全学分制下,学生工作应与时俱进,深化改革,创新工作机制,开拓工作思路。

With the deepening reform of education , complete credit system in colleges and universities has provided wi-der space for self-development of the students and it also has brought new challenges to the student work .The current man-agement mode and methods can ’ t meet the new requirements of the time and the growth of the students .Under complete credit system, student work should be reformed , and its work mechanism should be innovated and new working thought should be explored .
