炎症因子TSLP、TNF-α和IL-8对不同气道炎症性疾病的影响及临床意义 被引量:19

Impact of inflammatory cytokines TSLP,TNF-α and IL-8 on different inflammatory airway diseases and its clinical significance

摘要 目的研究炎症细胞因子胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-8(IL-8)在嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎(EB)、咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)和哮喘患儿血清中的不同水平,探讨其在不同气道炎性疾病存在的可能机制。方法以酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测12例EB患儿、15例CVA患儿、20例哮喘患儿和20例健康体检患儿(对照组)血清TSLP、TNF-α、IL-8的含量。结果总体比较显示,EB组、CVA组和哮喘组血清TSLP、TNF-α、IL-8含量均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。两两比较显示,CVA组和哮喘组血清TSLP、IL-8含量及哮喘组血清TNF-α含量均明显高于EB组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);哮喘组血清TSLP含量明显高于CVA组(P<0.05),但血清IL-8含量在哮喘组与CVA组比较差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TSLP、TNF-α及IL-8是构成气道炎症反应的重要炎症因子,随着气道炎症病情的加重,其血清含量随之增加。 Objective To investigate the serum inflammatory cytokines thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels in pediatric patients with eosinophilic bronchitis (EB) ,cough variant asthma (CVA) and asthma, and elucidate the potential mechanism of existing in different airway inflammatory diseases. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure the levels of serum TSLP, TNF-α and IL-8 in pediatric patients with EB ( 12 cases), CVA ( 15 cases), asth- ma (20 cases) and 20 healthy children ( control group). Results As a overall comparison, the levels of TSLP, TNF-α and IL-8 in the podiatric patients with EB, CVA and asthma were all significantly higher than those in control group ( all P 〈0. 05 ). As a pairwise comparison, the contents of TSLP and IL-8 in CVA and asthma pediatric patients as well as the content TNF-α in asthma pediatric patients were all higher than those in EB podiatric patients ( all P 〈 O. 05 ) ; the serum content of TSLP in asthma podiatric patients was higher than that in CVA pediatric patients ( P 〈0. 05 ), but the serum content of IL-8 was similar with CVA pediatric patients ( P 〉0. 05 ). Conclusion TSLP,TNF-ot and IL-8 are the important inflammatory factors for airway inflammatory effect, and the levels increase as the aggravation of airway inflammation.
