摘要 水下结构物的设计需考虑安装资源影响,S-Lay安装的水下在线结构物设计要满足船舶的安装通道尺寸要求和操作空间要求,因此结构物尺寸和部件需足够小;同时要考虑结构安装到海底后的防渔网拖挂保护要求,结构整体足够稳定和可靠。基于如上技术难点和实际项目条件,南海番禺35-1/2气田水下生产系统设计了一种特殊形式的水下在线结构物,既成功解决了S-Lay安装的尺寸限制难题,又有效降低了运行期渔网拖挂导致破坏的风险,对于南海深水油气田工程的开发设计具有重要的借鉴和指导意义。 ments and operation space as well as passage space, therefore the structure and components dimensions shall be small sized enough; Meanwhile, when considering fishing protection function, the whole structure shall be designed to be large sized enough to keep stable and reliable on seabed. Based on the above technical issues and specific conditions, Panyu35-1/2 gas field designed a special type of subsea in-line structure, which has successfully solved the problems of S-Lay installation size limits and also reduces the risk of fishing net pulling damage during operation period. This paper's conclusions will be a good reference and guidance for the design and development of the South China Sea deep-water oil and gas field project.
