摘要
随着海洋石油事业的飞速发展,一些海洋石油平台已接近或达到设计使用年限,平台生产不可或缺的一些老旧动设备依然在使用,这些动设备对海上油气田的生产和安全仍然发挥着至关重要的作用,目前还没有成熟的针对海洋石油平台延长使用期的动设备评估技术。该文提出通过监测诊断和RCM分析相结合的综合分析和评估技术,根据在用动设备的不同技术状态给出不同评估结论和建议,保证海上平台延长使用期的动设备安全平稳运行,而且节约成本。
With the rapid development of offshore oil industry, some offshore oil platforms have got close to or achieved the design life. Some of the old rotating equipments being indispensable to platforms producing are still in use. The rotating equipments play a vital role in the safety and production of the offshore oil and gas fields. But at present, there is not ma- ture evaluation technology for rotating equipments of offshore platforms extending used life. The comprehensive analysis and evaluation technique combining monitoring and diagnosis and RCM analysis is proposed in this paper, giving different evaluation conclusions and recommendations according to the different status of rotating equipments. This method not only ensures safe and stable operation for the rotating equipments of offshore platforms extending used life, but also saves costs.
