浅论大学生激情犯罪及其预防策略

On Impulsively Committed Crimes among College Students and Countermeasures

大学生犯罪中,激情犯罪占有很大比重,其原因主要在于大学生矛盾的心理和易冲动的个性在外界挫折因素刺激下的爆发。对大学生激情犯罪的预防应当从大学生自身以及家庭、学校多方面着手,培养他们的健康心理和法制意识,同时加强对被害人的保护,以构建安定和谐的大学校园。

Impulsively committed crimes work as the most part of crimes committed by college students, which is caused by college students’ contradictory psychology and eruption of their easily impulsive personalities simulated by external failures. To prevent the crimes,we begin with the following aspects such as college students themselves, family, college, and so on, and cultivate the students’ healthy psychology and legal consciousness. In the meanwhile, we should strengthen protection on victims, so as to build harmonious college campus.
