For the shortcomings of original CaO -SiO2 -Al2O3 -CaF2 slag system, such as the poor inclusion adsorption capacity, the erosion of ladle lining and the pollution of environment, the refining slag system was optimized, and its optimization effect was analyzed from the aspects of slagging system, deoxidation effect, desulphurization effect and inclusion adsorption effect.
