对莱钢中型H型钢腹板偏斜缺陷产生的机理及形成原因进行分析，从轧机、辅助设备及外部条件采取相应的控制措施，有效地把腹板偏斜控制在可允许的公差范围内。

The forming mechanism andreason of web deviation of medium H-beam in Laigang were analyzed, and the control measures was taken from the aspects of mills, auxiliary equipments and external conditions, thus the web deviation was effectively controlled within the allowable tolerance.
