我国体育产业发展的制度约束

Analysis on Institutional Restriction of China's Sports Industry Development

为有效推动我国体育产业的快速发展,从制度经济学视角,以文献资料法、逻辑分析法和系统分析法为主要研究方法对我国体育产业发展的制度约束组成、呈现原因与突破关键进行研究。研究结果表明:制度约束与体育行政主体偏好、制度效率、监督监管法规和激励动力相关;而约束产生的主要原因则与"体育公共物品"的利益延迟和制度变迁的成本收益相关;对于突破的关键则需要理清强制性变迁与诱致性变迁的关系,并注重参与主体的意识形态更新。

In order to promote the rapid development of sports industry in China, from the angle of institutional economics view, by the methods of literature review, logical analysis and systems analysis as the main research methods, this paper makes study on institutional restriction, presents reasons and breaking keys. The results showed that institutional restriction has the correlations with sport administration fa- vor,institutional efficiency, intendance inspection laws and prompting power; moreover the mostly cause of restriction forming has the correlations with behalf delay of ＂sport commonality goods＂ and cost--income of institution transition; for the breaking keys need clear about the relorion ship between compulsion transition and cause transition,and pay attention to the ideology innovation of attender.
