摘要
通过查阅相关文献资料,对板块训练理论与分期训练理论提出的背景及核心思想进行必要的梳理,运用逻辑分析法对这2种训练理论优缺点进行对比与概括,研究表明:板块训练理论是一种以分期训练理论为基础的中周期训练模式的创新理论,针对高水平运动员的训练有一定的指导意义,但它是否适用所有运动项目训练还有待验证,是否适合运动员早期基础训练和一般身体训练存在质疑;分期训练理论是以运动员竞技状态变化规律为逻辑起点所构建的一套训练理论体系,是一个客观的、开放的运动训练理论体系,是板块训练理论的基础,但也存在一定的局限性。我国板块训练理论和分期训练理论之间的学术争论由来已久,运动训练学界学者应辩证理性地看待分期训练理论与板块训练理论的学术之争,取长补短,求同存异,既要汲取2种理论的精华,也要清醒地认识到它们的局限性,力图在此基础上提出更多的原创理论。
This paper outlined the backgrounds and core ideas of the Block Training Theory (BTT) and Periodic Training Theory (PTT) by reviewing relevant literature, summed up their advantages and disadvantages and made a comparison by logical analyzing, and put forward suggestions about the construction and development of the sports training theoretical system. The result showed that the Blocking Training Theory (BTT) was an innovative theory for periodic training mode of high level athletes on basis of Peri odic Training Theory (PTT) and was significant for the training of high level athletes. However, whether it was suitable for all sports event training was still to be proved. There were doubts about whether it was suitable for athletes' preliminary basic training and general physical training as well. PTI" was an open and objective training theoretical system built on the changing rule of athletes ' competing status and served as the basis of BTT, but there were still some limitations in it. The academic dispute over BTT and PTT had lasted for a long time. Chinese sports training scholars should treat the dispute in an analytical and rational way by seeking common grounds while reserving differences, namely, absorbing the essence of both theories and at the same time admitting their limitations and trying to put forward more original training theories.
