摘要
目的探讨语言沟通与诱导技巧在学龄前儿童静脉输液中的应用效果。方法选取2013年5—9月就诊于上海市松江区方塔中医医院的静脉输液患儿300例,随机平均分成观察组和对照组各150例。在对学龄前儿童进行静脉输液时,观察组采用加强语言沟通与诱导的方式,对照组予以常规护理。比较两组患儿静脉输液后1 min内停止啼哭情况和穿刺成功情况。结果观察组在静脉输液后1 min内的停止啼哭率和1次穿刺成功率均明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施有效的语言沟通与诱导方式,不仅可减少患儿对静脉输液的恐惧,提高静脉输液穿刺的成功率,还可提高医务人员的工作效率和患者及其家属的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application of language communication and induction in intravenous infusion in preschool children. Methods A total of 300 preschool child patients undergoing intravenous infusion in Fangta Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Songjiang District were randomly and equally divided into the observation group and control group from May to September 2013. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing through enhancing language communication and induction, and the control group received routine care. The stop crying rate in 1 min and the one puncture success rate were investigated. Results The stop crying rate in 1 min and one puncture success rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive nursing through enhancing language communication and induction can not only reduce the children's fear of intravenous infusion and improve one puncture success rate, but also can improve the medical staff efficiency and satisfaction of patients and their families.
