摘要
为满足卷烟焦油释放量逐年降低对于低焦油释放量监测卷烟的研制需求,在YC/T189-2004的基础上,通过烟叶原料选择、过程控制优化,研究制作了低焦油释放量监测卷烟样品,并对该样品进行均匀性检验和定值。结果表明:①F检验显示条间不存在显著性差异,均匀性良好;②16家实验室对该样品焦油释放量的联合定值结果为7.65 mg/cig,重复性标准偏差为0.17mg/cig,再现性标准偏差为0.41 mg/cig。
Low-tar monitoring cigarette samples were prepared based on YC/T 189-2004 to meet the demand of quality control of low tar cigarettes in tobacco industry. Homogeneity and values were also measured. Results showed that: 1)F test showed no significant differences existed between cartons. 2) mean tar delivery of 16 collaborating laboratory was 7.65 mg/cig, with repeatability standard deviation and reproducibility standard deviation as 0.17 mg/cig and 0.41 mg /cig, respectively.
