摘要 为进一步研究土壤因素对烤烟生长和品质的影响。对烤烟生育期内不同土壤类型的酶活性和微生物数量进行了测定,分析了土壤酶活性及微生物数量的相关性以及二者与烤烟理化指标的相关性。结果表明:紫色土微生物含量丰富,其土壤酶活性变化规律利于形成良好的烟叶品质;水稻土植烟成熟期内脲酶等活性较高,不利于烤烟脱氮;红壤微生物数量较少,除过氧化氢酶外其他酶活性较低,可能造成养分利用率较低,不利于烤烟生长发育。 Enzymatic activity and microbial numbers from different soil types at different growth stages of flue-cured tobacco were measured in order to determine their dynamic effect on physical characters of tobacco leaf. Results showed that purple soil that were rich in microbial content and high enzyme activity made forquality formation of flue-cured tobacco leaves. Tobacco leaves from paddy soil had high content of nitrogen compounds because of high activities of urease at maturing stages. The quantity of microbial and enzyme activity except catalase was lower in red soil, which resulted in reduced growth and development.
