中西医结合对三阴乳腺癌患者的生存率影响研究

A study on the effect of Integrative medicine on survival rate of patients with triple-negative breast cancer

目的研究辨证服用中药对三阴乳腺癌病患生存率的影响。方法自2010年2月到2013年11月,于该院中医部选取术后被确诊为三阴乳腺癌患者98例,以数字法随机分成观察组(50例)和对照组(48例)。观察组在术后辨证服用中药联合西药治疗,对照组施以单纯的西药治疗。观察组患者服用中药的时间至少达1年;对照组患者按照美国西医指导标准对三阴乳腺癌患者进行治疗。结果观察组无病生存者占比88.00%(44/50),总生存率为98.00%(49/50),均显著高于对照组的66.67%(32/48),83.33%(40/48),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论三阴乳腺癌病患通过辨证口服中药能有效提高患者无病生存率及总生存率,减少复发转移率,延长生存期。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on survival rate of patients with triple -negative breast cancer （ TNBC） .Methods We randomized 98 patients with TNBC , who were diagnosed after surgery in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing Military Region General Hospital between February 2010 and November 2013, into observation group （50 patients） and control group （48 patients） .Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine were provided in observation group, while western medicine only was offered in control group .Traditional Chinese medicine was taken for at least one year in obser-vation group , and the patients with TNBC in control group were treated according to American medicine guidelines .Results Disease-free survival rate and overall survival rate in observation group reached 88.00%（44/50） and 98.00%（49/50）, respectively, which were significantly higher than 66.67%（32/48） and 83.33%（40/48） in control group, respectively, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Disease-free survival rate and overall survival rate were increased in TNBC patients who administrated tra-ditional Chinese medicine , with reduction of recurrence and metastasis rate and prolongation of survival .
