用邻二氮杂菲光度法测定连铸保护渣中的铁含量

摘要 研究了采用邻二氮杂菲光度法测定连铸保护渣中铁元素含量的分析方法。通过对试样分解、共存离子干扰及显色条件等过程的条件试验,确定了最佳分析条件,并对多个连铸保护渣试样进行了测量,测得的结果与参考值具有很好的一致性,且相对标准偏差小于2%。该方法完全能满足连铸保护渣样品中铁含量的测量要求。 The paper presents an analysis of the iron content in continuous casting protective slag by means of a new phenanthroline spectrophotometric method. The optimizing analysis conditions were ob tained by a number of condition experiments on samples dissolving, interference of coexisting irons and color development reaction and a number of protective slag samples were measured, with the result that the measured values were well consistent with the reference ones, and that the relative standard deviations (RSD) were smaller than 2%. As a result, this method can fully meet the requirements of determination of iron content in the continuous casting protective slag.
