从自由与约束的视角来探讨政府与高校、校长与教授、教师与学生之间的关系,有利于完善高等教育管理体制,促进高等教育生态系统的平衡发展。

An unbalanced ecological system is caused by a great number of problems of our higher edu cation, including the relationship between government and universities, president and professors, teachers and students, among which the key point is the balance between freedom and constraint. Therefore, to explore the relationships from the perspective of freedom and constraint will be beneficial to improving of the higher education management system and promoting the balanced development of higher education ecological system.
