With the economic development and the change in trained personnel, students＂ employment situation seems to be fine; however, students＇ adjustment to enterprises and their career development are not optimistic. The separation of students＂ special skill from post skill makes it difficult for them to adjust themselves to the demands of posts. Taking the welding skill practice training course for example, the pa per discusses the effective connection between attainment of special skill and post skills.
