菌核重寄生菌盾壳霉生物学特性研究

Studies on the Biology Characteristics of the Sclerotal Parasite Coniothyrium Minitans

对菌核重寄生菌盾壳霉生物学特性研究表明 :盾壳霉菌可在 5～ 2 5℃温度范围内生长繁殖 ,菌丝生长和繁殖的最适温度为 2 0℃ ;菌丝生长的pH值范围是pH 3～ 10 ,pH 5时最适宜于菌丝生长 ;孢子萌发需 95 %以上的相对湿度 ,空气湿度为 10 0 %时孢子萌发率较高 ;光照对孢子成熟具有明显的促进作用 ;该菌在PDA培养基上菌落生长迅速且产孢量最多。

Results showed that \%Coniothyrium minitans\% can grow at the range of 5～25℃,and the optimum temperature is 20℃. Suitable temperature 20℃ and relative humidity 100% enhanced the spores'germination.pH 5 is the proper acidity for conidio's growth.In continuous light ,the ability of conidio ripeness is promoted. Hyphae cultaed in PDA media grows fast and the conidia production amount to 2 7×10\+8 spores per dish within 7 days.
