山西虫生真菌资源的研究Ⅰ——虫生曲霉菌的研究

Study on Entomogenous Fungus Belonging to Aspergillus in Shanxi Province

通过对山西省虫生真菌资源调查 ,从大量采集的罹病昆虫或死虫上分离出曲霉菌 4 7株 ,共鉴定出曲霉属(Aspergillus)真菌 4种 ,它们分别是黄曲霉 (A .flavusLink)、黑曲霉 (A .nigervanTieghem)、亮白曲霉 (A .can didusLink)和青霉状曲霉 (A .penicilloidesSpeg .) ,并对它们的形态特征进行了详细描述。所有菌种均保藏于山西农业大学真菌标本室 (MHSAU)

Based on an investigation of Shanxi Province entomogenous fungus resources, 47 fungus isolates belonging to Aspergillus were isolated and cultured by the author, in which four species had been identified ,they are as follows: A. flavus Link, A.niger van Tieghem, A.candidus Link, A.penicilloides Speg.Their morphologic characteristics are described in detail.All isolates are deposited in the Mycology Herbarium of Shanxi Agricultural University.
