Determination of Metronidazole Disodium Phosphate for Injection by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定注射用甲硝唑磷酸二钠含量的方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以0.68%磷酸二氢钾溶液(用氢氧化钠试液调节pH至6.0)-甲醇(80∶20)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为321nm,进样体积为20μl。结果:甲硝唑磷酸二钠浓度在82.7~248.1mg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率为100.5%(RSD=0.49%,n=9)。结论:本方法简单、快速、准确,稳定,重现性好。

Objective To establish the HPLC method for determination of Metronidazole Disodium Phosphate.Method An HPLC method was developed,chromatographic conditions included a Shim -pack VP-ODS colunm with the mobile phase 0.68% buffer stock solution （With sodium hydroxide solution to adjust pH to 6.0） -methyl alcohol （80∶20）,The flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 , detection wavelength of 321 nm,sample amount to 20μL.Results the linearity was good in the range of 82.7mg^248.1mg·L^-1 （r=0.999 9）;The average sample recovery rate was100.5% （RSD=0.49%,n=9）.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid, accurate,stable,with good reproducibility.
