摘要 指出了干扰素调节因子(IRFs)是一类在干扰素(IFN)信号通路中起重要调控作用的多功能转录因子,目前已经发现10个IRFs成员,它们在IFN的诱导、病毒防御、免疫调节、细胞分化、细胞生长与凋亡和许多疾病的调节中具有重要作用.对IRFs的结构、IRFs在免疫系统、细胞分化、细胞凋亡和相关疾病如肿瘤、系统性红斑狼疮中的功能作了综述. Interferon regulatory factors (IRFs) consist of a family of transcription factors with diverse functions in the regulation of interferon signal pathways. Ten IRFs members have been identified so far, and they play a crucial role in regulating IFN induction, virus defense, immunomodulation, cell differentiation, cell growth and apoptosis and lots of diseases. This article summarized the structure of IRFs and their function in immune system , cell differentiation, cell apoptosis and related diseases such as tumor and systemic lupus ervthematosus (SLE).
