摘要
随着江苏省高考生源逐年下降,高职院校生源竞争日趋激烈,招生宣传工作备受各高职院校关注。通过对南通纺织职业技术学院近三年新生的调查统计分析影响考生报考志愿的因素。高职院校要以考生为本,择优选择宣传媒介,努力提供个性化需求,增强招生宣传的有效性。
As the number of students taking the advanced entrance examination decreases year by year in Jiangsu province, the colleges' competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and each college concerns about the enrollment propaganda work. Through the survey of the factors which influencing the students to fill in the college application forms in Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College for nearly 3 years, the author expresses that the enrollment publicity should consider the candidates first, optimize the media selection, try to provide the personalized service, and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment advertising.
