摘要
[目的]了解精神科病房护士工作的真实体验,为精神科病房的优化管理提供依据。[方法]采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对11名精神科病房工作的护士进行半结构式访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。[结果]从研究中得出5个主要问题,即认识到精神科护理发展的良好职业前景;缺乏突发事件的应对能力;对精神科专科理论缺乏系统和深入的学习;对封闭的工作环境有压抑感;工作性质与个人角色的矛盾。[结论]应合理配备精神科病房护理人员,合理安排工作量,提供学习和培训机会。
Objective:To know about the real experience ot nurses working in psychiatric wards, so as to provide the evidences for optimal manage- ment of psychiatric wards. Methods:phenornenological research method in qualitative research was used for the semi- structured interviews of 11 nurses working in psychiatric wards, and the phenomenological analysis was used for the data analysis. Results: Five major themes derived from the study,which recognizes good career prospects in development of psy- chiatric care;lack of coping capacity to emergencies;lack of systematic and deep learning in specialist psychiatric theory;sense of oppression for closed working environment;contradictory in nature of work and personal roles. Conclusion:with psychiatric ward nurses should be allocated in reason and workload should be arranged in reason,so as to provide learning and train- ing opportunities.
