其中HR-HPV16感染率最高(哈尼族29.25%,彝族32.14%),其次为HR-HPV52(哈尼族26.42%,彝族19.64%)和HR-HPV53(哈尼族13.21%,彝族16.07%)。
ObjectiveTo investigate the distribution of HPV subtype in the Hani and Yi women of Yunnan province. Methods Specimens of cervical exfoliated cells were detected for HPV subtype by using nucleic acid flow-through hybridization, smearing cytological examination and underwent colposcopy cervical biopsy only for women of abnormal cytology test results. Results There were 106 patients of HPV positive in 338 cases Hani minority women(31.36%). The single subtype infection rate of HPV was accounted for 80.19%. HR-HPV16 infection rate was the highest(29.25%), followed by HR-HPV52(26.42%) and HR-HPV53(13.21%). There were 56 patients of HPV positive in 186 cases Yi nationality women(30.11%). A single subtype infection rate of HPV was accounted for 82.14%. HR-HPV16 infection rate was the highest(32.14%), followed by HR-HPV52(19.64%) and HR-HPV53 (16.07%). The different of the HPV infection rate was not significant in the all ages from Hani minority and Yi nationality women(P〉0.05).Conclusions The HPV infection rates among the Hani and Yi women were higher than the national average level. The subtype in high-risk HPV16 infection rate was given priority to. Most of patients with HPV positive were a single subtype infection and different age groups of women were susceptible.HPV detection combined with cytology and pathology examination for patients with high-risk population and cervical cancer screening for cervical cancer were more accurate, safe and fast.
