摘要
肺纤维化是以弥漫性肺泡炎和成纤维细胞病理性增生最终导致肺间质纤维化为病理特征的慢性进展性疾病,其发病机制尚不完全清楚,但氧化应激被认为是重要的发病机制。金属硫蛋白是一种高效的抗氧化剂,具有极强的抗氧化应激及抑制细胞凋亡作用。本文就金属硫蛋白在肺纤维化发生发展过程中的保护作用进行简要阐述及总结。
Pulmonary fibrosis is an interstitial lung disease characterized by progressive fibrosis of the alveolar interstitium. Its pathogenesis is not entirely clear, however,oxidative stress is thought to be animportant pathogenesis. Metallothionein is a highly effective antioxidant,it has strong anti-oxidative stress and inhibition of apoptosis. This article briefly describes and summarizes the protective effect of metallothionein in the development process of pulmonary fibrosis.
