云南边境区位价值的评价与开发利用策略

Evaluation and Exploitation Strategies for Yunnan Border Location and Its Value

在对边境区位价值进行阐述的基础上,从政治政策、经济社会、生态文化方面构建了边境区位价值的综合评估模型,利用主成分分析法,对云南边境口岸城市的区位价值进行了评价,并根据边境区位价值的梯度结构,提出了边境地区"增长极与边境口岸特色经济相结合、点轴开发与跨境经济走廊相融合、对开口岸城市的良性互动与跨境城市(镇)体系构建相结合以及不同模式功能相互整合优化"的4种开发策略。

This paper, after elaborating on the border location value, presents a comprehensive assessment model involving political policy, economic and social, ecological and cultural aspects. It has evaluated the Yunnan border city location value through principal component analysis. In the paper, according to the border location value gradient structure in the border areas, four development strategies are proposed： combining the growth pole with the characteristic economy in border cities, integrating the point-axis development and the cross-border economic corridor, developing the benign interaction of opening border cities on either side and the cross-border city （town） system, integrating and optimi- zing different modes and functions.
