“刘易斯转折点”之争:一个文献综述

A Literature Review on the Debate of “Lewis Turning Point” in China

"刘易斯转折点"之争是我国当前一个重要问题,各种观点差异的根本原因在于:一是"刘易斯转折点"本身存在"第一转折点"和"第二转折点",二是判断方法上存在"工资"和"边际生产力"两种方法。"刘易斯转折点"之争要回答的关键问题一是无限劳动力供给时代到底是否还存在,二是劳动力的进一步转移是否会带来农业生产危机。

At present, there has been a lot of debates among scholars about the theory of ＂Lewis Turn- ing Point＂ in China. In all, the root causes for this are as follows： first, the two implications of the theory itself -- the first turning point and the second turning point; second, the two different judgment methods -- ＂wages＂ and ＂marginal productivity＂. We should answer the two questions： one is wheth- er the supply of labor is unlimited, the other is whether we have agricultural crisis with the further la- bor migration.
