颅脑损伤昏迷患者评估、预后的研究进展 被引量:5

Recent advance in comatose assessment and prognosis for traumatic brain injury patients

摘要 近年来随着急救医学及重症监护技术的迅速发展,严重颅脑创伤患者的死亡率明显下降,但严重颅脑损伤相关的意识障碍已经成为影响患者预后的主要因素,并给家庭及社会造成一系列严重的伦理和经济问题。如何通过医学技术的发展和进步,对颅脑损伤性昏迷患者进行相对客观、准确、可靠的判断,对于临床医师来说仍然是一个极大的挑战。随着国内外研究的不断深入,临床观察评估伴随影像、神经电生理、血液生化检查等相关研究的不断进展,将由此开创出一种对颅脑损伤昏迷患者动态、持续、全面、综合的评估策略,从而有效地把握治疗时机,指导临床治疗方案。 In recent years, with the rapid development of technology in emergency medicine and critical care, mortality of severe traumatic brain injury patients is significantly decreased. But consciousness disorders derived from severe brain injury have an inferior impact on the prognosis of patients, and lead to a series of ethical and financial problems for the family and society. Therefore, how to take advantage of advanced medical technology to evaluate the comatose patients objectively, accurately and reliably is still a great challenge for clinicians to overcome. With further research and clinical observation combined with imaging, neurophysiological, biochemical examination, clinicians would create a kind of dynamic, continuous and comprehensive assessment strategy,which could effectively grasp opportune time for treatment and guide clinical treatment programs.
