摘要
大学赖以合法存在的两大哲学基础直接决定了崇尚学术理性与适应社会之间的矛盾,是大学这个事物特殊的内在矛盾,进而为人们提供了新的视角去揭示大学学术文化与行政文化冲突的内在逻辑。两种文化的冲突不仅会降低工作效率,弱化使命感与责任感,而且还会伤害大学精神。若要缓解这两种文化族群之间的冲突,在现代大学制度管理的基础上,应引入文化管理模式。
The two big philosophy foundation which gives a clear explanation that why the university can exist legally decides that contradiction between advocating academic rationalism and adapting society is the special inner contradiction of university,then it also provides a new perspective for researchers to uncover the inner logic of contradiction between academic culture and administrative culture. The contradiction not only can reduce the work efficiency,but also can hurt university spirit. To ease the cultural conflict between the two groups,based on the modern university system,mode of cultural administrative should be introduced and operated.
