Exploration on the Excellent Engineers Training Mode for the Development of Industry——A Case Study of Excellent Vehicle Engineers Training

专业培养模式的构建是进行"卓越工程师"培养必须完成的一项至关重要而又有挑战性的工作。本文试图以卓越车辆工程师培养为例,系统地探索和研究行业快速发展对卓越工程师培养标准及知识能力结构提出的具体要求,包括卓越工程师培养定位、课程体系、教学模式和实践环节以及专业师资队伍建设等方面,以期为高校开展面向汽车行业培养卓越工程师的工作提供参考建议。

The construction of the professional training mode is crucial as well as challenging to accomplish the task of excellent engineers＇ training. Based on the study of excellent vehicle engineers training,the paper tries to explore and study the demand of training standard and knowledge ability for the development of industry systematically,including the excellent engineers＇ cultivation orientation,the reconstruction of professional curriculum and practice system,constructing a teaching staff competent for ＂excellent engineers＂training,hoping to provide advice and references for cultivating of excellent engineers for automotive industry.
