摘要 校训是学校依据一定办学理念而制定的鞭策和规范全体师生行为的简短言词,是学校精神文化的核心内容。对113所高等师范院校校训深入分析后发现,它们在表述形式上力求简短、直白、朗朗上口和易于记诵,在具体内涵上突显学校的师范特性和德育价值,呈现出"德""学""师""行""范"等高频词(组)。但从横向比较来看,校训也出现了内容同质化、结构简单化和缺乏实效性的问题。为此,高等师范院校校训在表达方式、价值选择、思想内涵和文化践履等方面还需要进一步改进与创新,以使校训真正焕发出时代的生命活力。 School motto is a few brief words,which is the core content of a school spiritual culture. University formulates it in accordance with a certain philosophy of schooling. Through deep analyzing 113 school mottos of higher normal university,it can be found that school mottoes mostly strive to brief straightforward,readability and catchy in expression forms and that it highlights the characteristics of normal college and moral value in concrete connotation. Virtue,learning,teacher,behavior and model are high- frequency words. However,horizontal comparison shows that school motto also appears drawbacks,for example,the homogenization of the content simplified structure and lack of efficacy. The worth choice,the ideological connotations,the ways of expression,the practice,all of them need to be developed. Therefore,the school mottos of normal universities still need to be improved and renovated in many respects,so that mottos could show vigor of life of the times.
