综合防灭火技术在火区治理中的应用

Comprehensive Fire-fighting Technology Application in Fire Area Control

为了治理崔家寨矿E12605综采工作面自然发火隐患,通过采取喷洒阻化剂、封闭注氮气惰化、打防火钻孔注三相泡沫、注高效膨胀阻燃剂—MIRF等一系列综合治理措施,消除了发火隐患,结果表明各种防灭火技术措施的实施,在综采工作面取得了良好的效果,保证了工作面安全回采。同时,从技术和管理层面对今后如何预防类似事故发生提出了相应对策。

In order to govern E12605 Spontaneous combustion hidden danger of fully mechanized working face in Cuijiazhai Mine, adopting the inhibitor for the spraying agent, sealing on nitrogen inerting, playing fire drill three-phase foam injection, injecting efficient expansion flame retardant-MIR and a series of comprehensive control measures, which eliminated the fire hidden danger, the result showed that all kinds of technical measures of the fire preventing and extinguishing got good result in fully mechanized working face and ensured the safe stoping of the working face. Meanwhile, corresponding countermeasures were put forward from technology and management in future accident precaution.
