摘要
基于综采工作面搬家频繁、工作琐碎的情况,同家梁矿曾使用9~12 t的支架,采用旧液压支架移架法的方法撤架,更新18 t左右的支架后,该方法效率低,安全隐患大,因此提出了新液压支架移架法的新撤架方法。实践证明,该方法便于管理,安全系数高,通过多个综采工作面的实际使用,发现新技术具有巨大的经济效益,为类似综采工作面的撤架提供指导。
Based on moving frequently, the trivial work situation of fully mechanized working face, Tongjialiang Mine used 9~12 t beam mines stents, adopted the method of moving the old hydraulic support frame method shelves, updated around 18 t after stent, the method was of low efficiency and security, thus put forward the new hydraulic support moving frame method of new shelves. Practice proved that the method was convenient for management, high safety coefficient, through multiple fully mechanized working face in actual use, new technology had great economic benefits, provided guidance for the similar fully mechanized working face the shelves to.
